- Impaired barrier function of the epidermis and dermis, resulting in lower tolerance and increased skin reactivity to irritants. One reason may be a disturbed skin microbiome, an essential part of the skin’s defense. This can occur due to improper or insufficient skincare or age-related changes.
- Low pain threshold and hypersensitivity of skin receptors. Even harmless triggers can cause discomfort or visible reactions. This often stems from changes in receptor sensitivity and is frequently seen in children.
- Hyperreactivity of nerve endings, which can lead to exaggerated responses due to environmental factors (cold, heat, pollutants), irritants (soap, perfumes), genetics, hormones, medications, treatments, or lifestyle (diet, alcohol, stress).
Method of Application:
- Apply 1.0–1.5 ml of lotion to the skin after cleansing. Distribute gently over the skin.
- Help it absorb by using soft, circular motions. Do not rub!
- Use twice a day or more frequently if necessary.
- Continue using until clinical effect is achieved.
